I will take time to listen to you so that I can understand your concerns and your life experiences as best as I can. I will then help you prioritize your current stressors, problems, and goals. We can then collaboratively develop an action plan focused on building a life that you envision for yourself. I tailor my sessions to the individual needs of each client. For example, if you prefer structured sessions (e.g. a set time for a check in, homework review, problem solving, skill learning and practice) – I am happy to provide that. Alternatively, if you prefer a more open-ended format, or anything in between – I am happy to facilitate that as well. I look forward to meeting you!
