“Beware of what you set your heart upon, for it surely shall be yours” –Ralph Waldo Emerson

Welcome!

It’s great that you are here and taking this step towards caring for yourself. What we set our hearts- and heads- on shall truly be ours. We often get caught up in others expectations, world and societal pressures and set our sights on things that don’t always honor our true desire and goals.

It’s so easy to get bombarded with everyday stressors, thoughts, and tasks that we forget to stop, breathe and sort through it all. Together, we can do that; enabling you to feel more calm and present and setting your heart on what you really want and need.

“Whether you believe you can or you can’t, you’re right.” – Henry Ford

The first step is to believe that you can! I truly believe that when you set your intentions in the right direction, you can accomplish anything.

My approach to helping is collaborative, trauma informed and client-centered. I meet you where you are at; you know yourself better than anyone, and I advocate that you are in control of your treatment.

Whatever you bring to me I welcome it with an open mind, and you have my full dedication to help you the best I can. Clients tell me that they love my humor, positivity and calmness. I do my very best to insure you will always feel supported, safe and understood.

So, what I can I offer you?
